Ron, I have no idea what it may stand for. But the Kingdom Holding 747 that was here last weekend had names on the nose right where the AFAS is so maybe initials?

Who knows, with all those Saudi VIP flights through EWR, maybe at some point one will need tech attention and they'll bring in the Saudi airline schemed C-130 with the part(s) for you to shoot as well.
