I will be out at FLL from about 10:00am on 12/30 - trying out my new 70-200mm F/2.8 - not sure if anyone else is around - but - you never know...

Looking forward to seeing your images with your new glass! The 70-200mm is some sweet glass, and works well with a 1.4x teleconverter also if you need a little extra reach.
Thanks Mark - I was thinking about one of those 1.4x converters...good to know it works nicely..

I use that combo and love it...did you get the MKII? Congrats on the new glass! You're gonna love it.
Have you ever seen a grown man naked?
It's the Tamron SP AF70-200mm F/2.8Di/LD Macro - from what I've seen of the shots I took today - I'm super impressed already!!!

@Mike - LOL - somewhat....
There were some interesting movements though - the first being this Australian Global Express
This B6 Captain seemed very happy - I'm sitting on the top of my car with my camera in my hand taking a shot or two - I put the camera down - he stops on taxiway Charlie - puts his hands up to the window and mimics a camera - I pick the camera up - he waves. After a couple of shots - I put the camera down - he carries on the taxi! If anyone knows who was the Captain of B6 310 on 12/30 - have him contact me - I'll gladly send him some shots of the aircraft!!!
This lineup will not be available too much longer I'm sure....
Delta subbed in a 763 Winglets for us - common for the NY guys - you see them all the time - rare at FLL
Another of the glorious Frontier A320s
Canjet is becoming more and more regular over the season now
And - Caribbean brought in the white B738 that I keep missing
Ohhhhh...did I mention it was a perfect FLL winter day????

Nice Mark! Can't get used to seeing the words "United" on CO aircraft tho.

Very nice collection of KFLL traffic Mark. The Global Express is one of the nicest GA aircraft gracing the skies.

Super shots Mark. I too am a Global Express Fan. Let me check with a friend at B6 to see if he can find out the Captains name and where he is based. I checked Flightaware and looks like N715JB did an FLL-IAD out and back and then flew up to Boston.
