    MSP, 21JAN11

The day started off just like any other day, except........

    1) it was -18F
    2) a Polet Air AN124 was due in before sunrise

I decided to give it a go! I arrived a few minutes before it was due in and managed to see it land on 12L. I drove over to the Humphrey ramp and jacked the ISO up to 3200

WTF it was a Volga Dnepr plane.

    Taxiing to the Cargo Ramp

    As the sun came up

Bonus shot of downtown Minneapolis and the UPS/FedEx ramp

    And yes, -18F was COLD!

Not my greatest work, high ISO, insanely low shutter speeds and me shivering, but this is the stuff that makes great stories.

Looks cold! Nice work - especially for high ISO - what body do you have?

Thanks Jeremy. I have a Canon MkIII, I am still learning how to shoot it.

Awesome shots, I managed to catch that -124 when she came to PHL last year, the thing is humongous.

Next time I go out there to visit my brother I'll look you up.
