    LGA Runway 11/13

Does anyone know which runway will be in use on Saturday?

Only the gods know :-) It is always up to the Wind Gods. However, all things being "normal" they typically use 4 for take offs and 31 for landings... but that's just in the past few days during daylight. There is no hard set rule of course. Only other way to have some guarantee is to have one runway out of service for construction or otherwise. And even then, the pattern could be one way or another.

Another would be some sort of Noise Abatement where they HAVE to use a particular pattern by regulation.

I thought all Saturday's were single runway ops, hence the question?

Based on the forecast from the National Weather Service, winds will be straight from the north so expect landing on 4 or 31.

depends on if there is construction or maintenance work planned, if there is no work planned the port won't insist on a runway closure.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
