Continental Airlines and TAP Portugal on Friday announced they will begin code-share flights to several destinations in the United States, Central America, Europe and Africa.
Hawaiian Airlines is set to become the only US carrier flying to Brisbane, Australia. As of November 27, Brisbane will join Sydney as Hawaiian's second Australian destination.
