Drunk Passenger Uses 11-Year-Old Girl as Urinal While Another Man Pukes on Grossest JetBlue Flight Ever

Eight cocktails deep into Tuesday night’s JetBlue Portland to New York redeye, Robert Vietze had to pee really, really badly.

Stan south park barfing

Unfortunately for Mr. Vietze, the lavatory was occupied by a man flying with his 11-year-old daughter. Unable to wait any longer, the 18-year-old South Warren, Vt. native rose up from his seat and stumbled about five rows before whipping it out and urinating on the young girl just as her dad was returning from the lavatory.

In an incredible feat of self-restraint, the dad somehow managed to not punch Vietze in the groin, though there was some yelling and cursing before the two were separated and Vietze escorted to the back of the plane.

Later in the flight, a man who complained of chest pains began vomiting and doctors and nurses were paged.

Vietze was taken into custody by four Port Authority police officers when the plane landed at JFK, was given a federal summons for indecent exposure and released. The sick passenger’s condition was unknown.

The NY Post story that brought this tale to light leaves out several key details. Was Vietze served alcohol on board the plane or at the airport before boarding? Did he use a fake ID to get it or did no one check? JetBlue isn’t saying anything.

I tell ya: with all these news stories coming out day to day about the trauma that happens when flying, I have a right mind never to fly again.  Nope, it’s the Greyhound for me.  Those are my people: the passengers that call out at any stop whatsoever, without fail, “Driver, time for a smoke?!”  Salt of the earth, those folks.  Not to mention you’re so desensitized to passengers puking and pissing and drinking and whatever else that you just don’t mind, nor does it pass for news.http://scallywagandvagabond.com/2011/08/drunkard-urinates-on-eleven-year-old-mid-flight/

How something like this happens is beyond me.  Of course, the offender needs to take responsibility for his faculties before and during the flight.  There has to be more to this story.

Sounds like a lawsuit is coming.

  • That poor girl! She’s only 11 and midway through a long flight a man gets up TAKES IT OUT AND PEES ON HER. Probably scarred for life!
