Endeavour sits quietly in high bay #03 attached to her external tank and solid rocket boosters. This external tank is designated ET-138 and is the last produced tank. There are protective covers placed on the cockpit windows. The square hole in the mobile launch platform is designed to let the main engine exhausts shoot into the flame trench at the launch pad during ignition and liftoff. The work platforms have been lifted to allow the stack to move out. (Photo by Suresh A. Atapattu)
