    Missed it on the way out to Chile last month - here it is on the way back to Russia - was packing up getting ready to leave

    Mark, I think that the Beriev is the top canidate for visitor of the year in the USA or special appearnce of the year to any airport.

    Nice shots Mark,
    I was going to fly to FLL to shoot it when it came back in. Then I decided against it because I knew it would have come back later and not when it was supposed to come in. Now I see I SHOULD have flown to FL to get it.....Its too painful to look at...just too painful....

    Great ramp shot of the interesting and weird looking Ruski machine. First time in the US?

    Wow check out that landing gear leg, it has to be the tallest out of any current aircraft.

    nice! imagine waterfront service on that thing? could fly east river to FLL!!
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
