What a total loser.... That's why you NEVER drink at company Christmas parties. Every year we hear at my company how someone drank to much and got fired for doing something stupid. There's nothing wrong with a Diet Coke and lime in front of the boss.
If he's smart, he got rid of her.
If he's not, he kept her around and exploited her.
Lose lose whatever scenario took place.
