    Herpa has selected my photo.

    Herpa will be using my photo for the box of the Air India 777-200LR 1:500 scale model.

    I am a huge Hepra 1/500 collector, and theat is a model I have really been looking foward too.

    I too was approached regarding a wingleted 757.

    Any 400 collectors seen this yet?
    And I, I took the path less traveled by
    and that has made all the difference......yet...
    I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

    I'll certainly be buying this model and am very happy to here it will be produced. One of my photographic goals is to have Herpa use one of my pictures for a box cover. :)

    Well this is kinda funny... This makes me the third amongst nyc area spotters approached by Herpa today regarding photo usage. In my case, it was pertaining to an image I have taken of a DL 777-200LR.

    Congratulations to those who will comply with their image requests -- it's always nice to see your work published somewhere, isnt it. I, however, am not satisfied with their offer of a model in return for the reproduction of my image, and reminded them that photographers should be credited substantially for their work (I feel, monatarily), especially when the image will be reproduced on mass scale. For this reason, I respectfully declined.
