Virgin America’s New City: Philadelphia

Virgin America on Tuesday will announce Philadelphia as the airline’s latest destination.

The airline is to launch Philadelphia service from both San Francisco and Los Angeles on April 4th, according to an Airline Route report published late Monday night. Three daily round trips will fly betweeen LAX and PHL, while SFO-PHL will get two daily round trips.

Philadelphia will become the San Francisco-based airline’s 19th city.
