ABC has begun showing the first trailer for their new drama, “Pan Am,” set to premiere this fall.

The show stars Christina Ricci as a Pan Am flight attendant and follows stories of the pilots and stewardesses in the 1960s that made the storied airline the world’s most glamorous mode of transportation.

It appears to feature some very pretty CGI renderings of the Pan Am Building in New York and the interior and exterior of the airline’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Worldport, including Boeing 707s parked at every gate.

“The West Wing” Director Thomas Schlamme aims the cameras while Executive Producer Nancy Ganis was once a Pan Am flight attendant.
