• The two Embraer pilots that we acquitted of charges related to the midair collision over Brazil that killed 148 people aboard a Gol 737 in 2006 have now had their charges reinstated by Brazilian authorities. They are accused of turning off their transponder and causing the crash from which they were able to safely land their Legacy 600 jet on what was supposed to be its delivery flight.
