What Planes/Airlines/Schemes Are You Dying To Get Pics Of?

I love doing this topic every now and then.

In your local spotting adventures, what are the specific new airlines, aircraft, or special schemes that you've been hunting for?

(maybe share ones that are a part of normal traffic, and a little fantasy ones that would be a special visitor as well?)

The silver Niki A320 with Fly and S7 neon green, in any type. Two are at top of my hit-list for Europe next summer.

My number one is without of doubt A6-EHJ (Etihad F1)

I'd also love to catch the Sands, Frys, and pretty much any other 747sp still flying. I also would love to get some more 727's and hopefully the Congo 707 and Gambia IL-62 in flight.

Type: any operational Lockheed Tristar I can get my lens focused on. Or an SP. I get those and I can retire(but I won't)

Carrier: Yangtze River Express. Love that livery. Surinam Airways, Air Mauritius, Air Bridge Cargo are a close second

As I call it, my unicorn list:
    ~Any 747SP I can find.
~Ditto for a 707, though I'd particularly like to catch the Congo one in the air. (I have it on the ground)
~Any of the large Antonovs. I would quite possibly do something slightly crazy to catch the 225.
~An L-1011 would absolutely be icing on he cake for me. My all time favorite, its a shame that the only pics I have are in my head.

As for carriers, I'm thrilled to catch anything I haven't caught before. Thats part of the reason why I love UN Week so much.

The -124s are fairly regular visitors at Philadelphia, picking up helicopters made at the PNE Agusta factory and Chinooks made at the Boeing facility just to the south of PHL.

I saw the An-225 at Newark sometime in the 2006-2007 range (on a tip that I saw here, I think!). Has it been back to the Northeast since then?

I'm kinda "greedy" and I want a lot....Atlas passenger, Atlas Panalpina's, Polar...etc...etc...Lots of Star Alliance, One World...

And this one Aeroflot - isn't it a beautiful scheme :

You sure know how to make me going into DayDream mode, Phil!

    Hoping to get one day:
Etihad's A6-EHJ (formula 1) starting her engines after dark at Dulles.

Wish list: A retro piedmont liveried Dash-8

A few weeks back I made a list like this for myself when I was bored, looking though pics at jetphotos in the cateogry special and came up with a list of around 100 Aircraft.
    The list includes:
A6-EHJ: Hoping for it in January when Etihad brings an A346 to DUS instead of the normal A330.
A6-EYH missed it the last time
VP-BNT the Aeroflot Retro and a lot of other Aeroflot specials like the one two posts up. The ManU A321
VQ-BAS of Rossyia is way up on my wish list too.
    A lot of Easyjet specials
    The special LOT E-Jets
    Vueling with "Linking Europe" A320S

and then there are a lot of jets which do not fly in europe or are rare around here so the chance for me are quite low to catch them:
    ANZ All-Blacks, Hobbits...
Azul They have lots of specials
Jet Blue They have lot of nice stuff too :-)
I need all of the former US Airways Retros now flying for AA
Same for the tonnes of colorful Southwest birds
    Continental Retro
    Hongkok Trader
the whole Bangkok Airways fleet, which I love, but never been there :-(

And if you don't know them have a look all the specials Air China has, especially on the A320 and B737... I was not aware of those for a long time:

And the list is getting longer...think about the relatively new Azul A330

There is no end to the list every time I catch one and take it off of my list I will have two more coming in. Besides those fantasies I find my self struggling to catch The Spirit of Hong Kong. I refused to shoot it once thanks to really bad weather, took off 4L while I was fighting traffic and the third time which I thought was the time under clear blue sky, all of us were lined up on the mounds fired up, excited and ready to shoot, the sound from the engines came behind us. For the first time it became clear how I lost my hair and now what's left is turning to grey and I am only forty.
