    ANG at ISP?

My wife had an appointment not far from MacArthur Airport so I had an hour or so to kill and did a quick run by the airport. I went by the NYANG hangar and was
surprised to see nothing on the tarmac, doors closed, no sign of activity. Is it still in use or maybe all the ships deployed elsewhere (overseas?).
    Thanks.

They are alive and well, a friend of mine is an HH-60 pilot there. Could be just it was a Sunday and nothing was going on. :)

It was Saturday around Noon. It has been awhile since I've been there but i remember times when there were Hueys and Hawks parked in just about every spot!!

Speaking of HH-60s, an HH-60 calling CHARLIE 07 flew up and down the East River on Friday afternoon (just before 2p). Was this an example from this unit?
