    Jones Beach Performers Departure Schedule

Figured a separate thread would be easier to follow. Please post whatever you hear.

Two F/A-18's from VFA-106 have already departed.

Blue Angels are scheduled to depart today, Sunday before 7:00pm

Fred, where did you hear that info, and did they all depart tonight ?? Because the last I heard from rkfast who talked to a Snowbird Team member down at the Beach on Friday was that they weren't scheduled to depart until Tues. morning ??

I personally saw #7 depart this afternoon... maximum performance takeoff ;-)

BA 1-6 were sitting when I left and #1 had engines covered as if it would sit for the night. #5 had the left wheel replaced while the pilots signed autographs!

All Blues are Gone. I got video of the departure sometime after 6 pm. Snowbirds had covers over the fronts of each aircraft when I departed. I would say its a safe bet they were staying at least for one more night.

Where is today's F/A-18 flyover the USS Intrepid coming from? Is it one of the ones at FRG?
