Changes at JFK's T1
The Food Court at Terminal 1 was great for plane spotting until recently. I was saddened to see that the entire area on the west end where visitors could relax and eat, has been sealed-off. I sent-off a letter of complaint but 1 letter is meaningless. We'll no longer be able to see the Air France or the KAL A388s taxiing. Sad!
Letter to complain that you can't see planes taxiing at JFK from the Terminal? Hmm, my feeling is it will fall on deaf ears... especially at T1 where is mostly ALL BUSINESS no pleasure

BRING BACK THE KJFK/KLGA OBSERVATION DECKS
Was there any signs? How was it sealed off? Could it be construction?

The Food Court was turned into airline offices a few months ago. Theoretically, you can sit in the Starbucks, but it's always crawling with TSA who have nothing better to do than thumb through notebooks.
Did they move/add any restaurants post-security in T1?

The same things are there the Starbucks, McDonalds, the CHinese place and something else.
