The Port Authority website states that JFK will reopen at 6am on Monday, August 29th for arrivals and resume departure flights at noon. Happy spotting!!!

Looks like AA956 from EZE, 256 from GIG and 950 from GRU will be among the first to arrive around 6. A few flights from Asia (NRT, TPE, ICN) and LY from TLV are also inbound.

Cant imagine that Bayswater would be a good place today...probably not HoBe either...unless you wear shoes you really dont care about.

I wonder how much of Bayswater dissapeared after the storm.....I would imagine that the surf probably erroded some of it.

First arrivals began at 0600, till at least noon, the only departures that will happen are freighters and special charters.

Bayswater was likely untouched (faces north, not much left to erode LOL) and HoBe may have been cleaned up so that would be positive. I don;t need the sand anyway, the parking lot should be fine
