    Tamron 10-24mm questions

I'm looking into getting an ultra wide zoom and the one that I am interested in is the Tamron 10-24mm. Can anyone who has experience with this lens, give me their feedback as to the photo quality, build quality and whether the lack of image stabilization has been an issue.
My other choices would be the Sigma 10-24mm, but the Canon 10-22mm is too pricey for me at this time.
The uses for the lens would be for vacation shots, air show static displays, trains, interior shots etc..

    Thanks

    Isaac

Manny and Nick, thanks for the helpful links. The pbase links had some really nice shots. (Liked the Disney night stuff)

I have the Siggy 10-22 and no matter which UWA you settle on, you will have soooo much fun at the wide end of it.
