A Beautiful October day at LGA! (10-3-10)

    Hello everyone...

FINALLY.. I managed to get to LGA, with runway 4 arrivals, decent light, and functional equipment. These are some of the highlights, nothing too crazy, except for my first sighting of an ACA A321 at LGA. Otherwise, just a nice way to spend an afternoon. As always, comments and feedback are appreciated.

    Have a good one,

    Chris

    Nice shots, Chris. Beautiful day.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Looked like a great day for spotting. Every time I go to NY, I can never seem to catch the 4 arrivals...

Yes, I have to say it was beautiful. Just wish i had gotten out of bed a little earlier to get lower light.... And I know what you mean about how hard it is to get it, it took ten months for me and I live here!

And thanks for the compliments Gotham and Adam, I am finally getting somewhat decent with PS and manual settings while shooting. ThreeHolerGlory was right, Photoshop does not have to make me cry.

great color! makes the traffic look a whole lot better!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
