Love that black Bell 407, N44HC, that flies out of Sheltair. It came buzzing over my house low this morning to the NW. That coloring must freak out the govt conspiracy idiots when they
    see it.

    Great pics Fred!

It comes in all summer long filled with horses and leave with a full load of horses.... I do not know how many it fits but there are two in each section. I have seen them many times load and unload. It is neat.

Someone gave me a heads up on some unusual aircraft activity at FRG today (Friday) and I can't get out there to check it out. Anyone else already on location that can see what's going on?

Well I was out there eating lunch over by the AAM at 1:45. The B-25 and TBM were outside getting washed. Just the other comings and goings of GA.

That could be it. The person who gave me the heads-up had been down New Highway and is not an aviation enthusiast. Said he spotted military aircraft - so it just might be the regular AAM aircraft he saw. Thanks.

Stopped by Republic this afternoon. Great to me Big Tim and John K in person. NYPD aviation had a ship at the main terminal. Pilots came out and fired her up for take off but held her just off the runway below the fence line until she was behind the terminal blocking our view and dissapointing the three of us standing there with our cameras. Also a little while later "Miss Hap" took off.

Fred, nice to meet you as well. Miss Hap stayed low too. I didn't get anything usable on either that or the NYPD. But, I at least had lunch in the nice weather and enjoyed the activity.
