YES, the Rose drop for Pearl Harbor day at the statue of liberty like every year, Done by the Skytypers... Paul may take his Texan up and the Brooklyn boys are going to be tearing up the sky in their Warhawk and Mustang. I will be down there as I was requested and my son Nick got a new camera and get this..... HE WANTS GO SPOTTING. (don't worry, that fad
should last about 8 min flat!)

Moose, you beat me to it

Yeah what the heck was that snow about?
We were in the city for a dinner (Ben & Jacks) for my sister-in-law and when we left the restaurant(9:30) it was snowing
like crazy. Didnt realize it was sticking until the train got into Long Island. Some areas around me got about 3 inches!!!
Looked pretty but where did it come from? Last I heard the crack weather guys had some snow forecast for Sunday!!!
And now today winds will kick up and temps dropping into the teens!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

That storm last night left some nice ponds by the Rt 109 area of FRG. By the tie-down area next to Talon Air a lone
Cessna 172, N6133D, is sitting by itself in a large pool of water up past its landing gear and there are a number of
other ponds in that area. Pretty windy when I left also (4PM) but a nice sunset.

Without a prop, it might as well be a boat, after all he is anchored, LOL!

From the way the front end is tied down, and the tail-heavy attitude, I suspect the entire engine has been removed.

    Re: Today at Farmingdale 2008

Stopped by yesterday after the movies (Doubt) with my wife and a friend of ours as we had seperate cars and while enjoying my Wendys chicken club watched the Emb N651CT land on One-Four out of the fog. But as they were going to
taxi to the terminal building they informed tower they were having problem with the hydraulics on the nose wheel and were instead going to try and make it over to their terminal in Atlantic. They did as AR-FF Truck 1 followed them in.
I drove over to that area and instead of the nose wheel they were looking at the right wheel instead. When I left a mechanic had arrived and was looking intently at the problem.
One thing for sure, no matter what the weather those EMbraer 120s fly in just about every type of weather.
