What airline are you flying for?
Puts the MIA in NYCA
Judging by the airline at the next gate my guess would be JetBlue. :borat:

You will probably never see this again. We had to park at the IAT due to no spots at our Cargo Area, So after taxiing around the field about 3 times Ground told us to contact IAT ramp control, and see if they could hold us there. We had to sit at one of the T4 Stands, for about 1.5 hours, calling the company to get us a pushback, just so we could get to the NE Cargo area. After the first 1.5 hours we opened the Door and hailed down a stair truck, got off, and asked some guy from North American if he could give us a ride to our ramp, and of course he says-no(Thanks Phil). Then we got a hold of a security truck, I used to own part of a security company at JFK so I used that to seduce the girl into taking us to the cargo area. Once we got settled in the tight little SUV a Swissport tug arrived for us, so of course that meant we had to again unpack and go back up the stairs, more checklists, radiation...etc,so to make is short, we get there. All of us miss our planned connecting JS's back home, so everyone ends up staying with me on Long Island(Which caused even more problems but...thats another story).
06 was a great year
If I was out there, I'd have hooked you up.
The photo in the earlier post made me think IAT put you at a gate. Gates are not easy to get these days.

We never get gates anywhere so we weren't missing out. Yea the North American Guy, actually looked like a kid, sorta scrawny.
We actually marshaled ourselves in if you can believe it. Just looked at the reflection off the back of the IAT truck in front of us.No chocks so we kept the number 2 going as almost all of our APU's are 'inop' these days or whenever im on the line.
The Day Fedex Came to T4.
Haha, nice story.
I noticed in one pic, there are standard power plugs in the cockpit, seriously? Is that normal?
nwa FOREVER!
On "my" planes, we have outlets in several parts of the cabin. I'd use them to charge my phone when on the ground, and are also used by cleaning teams for their vacuums. Technically, you're not supposed to use them inflight.
Informant...surprised you marshaled yourself in...but i guess the last minute assignment prevented you folks from hiring a ground handler to do it. Looks like hardstand 67, no?
