Delta Connection Dash 8 @ ISP?

    Hey Guys:

Today i saw a Delta Connection Dash 8 @ ISP , and from my memory they don't normally serve ISP right? maybe this was a diversion? For a second I thought it was a new colored Dash 8 but i guess I was wrong =./

Delta does infact serve ISP. The DH8 you saw was operated by Big Sky Airlines with service to BOS. Delta also operates two daily flights between ISP and ATL using the CRJ.

I thought Delta was using B1900 to BOS? Dash 8 is a big upgrade from the 1900.

Are you sure??? I just checked Flight Aware and there is no DHC8 listed arriving/departing Monday the 2nd from ISP other than the PDT birds.

Maybe it was a Dash-8 that was being returned to PDT and it wasn't repainted yet???

BTW, there were no B1900's listed yesterday either.

    Big Sky 1900 only?

Isn't Big Sky only a 1900 operator? I thought that was all they had.

DL's DH8's were operated by Mesa if not mistaken.

The ISP-BOS service operated by Big Sky does not begin until later this month if memory serves me correctly.
    It's the fares, stupid

Oooops, got my planes mixed up. You're right, they are B1900s.
The RJs to ATL are still there though, that I know for sure.
