    This photographer had one old bag of a BA trolly dolly telling him what to do and she even shut the shades...

    Has been discussed on PPRuNe in the "passenger" and "cabin crew" forums, and the consensus from BA crews is that its not illegal or forbidden, and that the crew concerned were mistaken.
