    Question about JFK's T4 Construction

    Hi all:

Does anyone remember how JFK's T4 operations were affected when the IAB was torn down and the new T4 was being built? Which gates did the airlines use? I assume at some point they had to move planes around, or split operations.

    Thanks in advance.

It was done in sections. Old "IAB" gates were used on one side while old gates/wings were torn down for rebuild on the other. Lots of hardstand/planemates activity during that period.
