Social Gathering with Out-Of-Town Spotters 7/6

I wanted to emphasize this with a second thread separate fromteh spotting one.

Basically, a whole bunch of Anet guys are going to be in town and will spot during th day and go out to eat in the evening.

I am going to the dinner, which is on Mulberry Street at a great italian restaurant named DaNico. It's actually my favorite italian place.

Dinner is at 6 and I'm going. If anyone wants to tag with me, letme know. I'm going straight to work afterwards.

Mirrodie is going as well. I urge more of you to come. :)

So, how did the dinner go?

Eric, Brian and I (and Rich from YVR) were out at the Cargo Area on Saturday, but Eric tells me that these guys were all up at the Mounds. As soon as Eric told me that he was only at the Mounds long enough to hear those guys bickering about what type of RJ just flew by, I knew I was better off at the Cargo Area! :) Besides, the Cathay Monster came in delayed and flew right over us for 13L. It was insane.

It was a great time. Dinner was good and we had some great on and off topic discussions about all kinds of things.

Afterwards, some of the guys who were old enough came out to my bar and had some drinks until about 2:30am. It was a good time had by all I think.

Good group of guys. Some will check in here I'm sure. :)
