Sadly I will not be able to make it down to Andrews. Maybe next year.
I should be there.
It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

I was supposed to go, but my wife and daughter can't make it this year. I may NOT be able to escape since I have quite a few other shows this year.

BRING BACK THE KJFK/KLGA OBSERVATION DECKS
The AAM is participating in a WWII encampment at Old Bethpage Village Restoration that weekend. I'll be playing with tanks and armored cars.

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
I'll be there!

FYI- there's a B-2 flyover scheduled for the Preakness in Baltimore so I think there's
a pretty good chance Andrews might get a B-2 flyby sometime on Saturday also.
I'm thinking of going to the show this year, although Saturday only. It would be nice to see the B-2. last year I went to Ocean City just to see the B-2 and the Harrier. The B-2 only did two quick passes. With the length of the drive, I would probably leave Friday night sleep for a few hours and then catch the show. For the Ocean City show last year, we didi the Saturday show, leaving early Saturday morning, watching the show, and then headed home, which made for a very long day. I don't plan on doing that again anytime soon. On Sunday, drive by some of the sights and then head home as my boys have school the following day.
They finally updated their site to show the 2012 performers, although the full list still says coming soon.

You can always go to Reagan and Dulles and spot along with the show at Andrews!

The B-2 flyby is always 2 passes and 2 passes only. It's been a few years since an Andrews B-2 flyby. I'm planning on going down for the weekend.
Has anyone ever used their premium seating? It's sounds as though it is worth the expense with on base parking plus breakfast, lunch, and beverages included.
I'll try to be there, and nothing can stop me!
