    JFK, EWR, LGA approach course

    I have had this awsome image of the flight patterns for the NYC for a while. Just thought some of you might find it interesting. It shows the average flight paths for NYC in a given time span.

    i used the same image in a paper i did for one of my classes about 2 years ago. was shocked to see it all. we even got a video of a day's arrivals and departures starting at 0001 and ending at 2359. was cray to see how it all flows together.
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
