    JetBlue Tops JD Power Airline Customer Satisfaction Ratings

    J.D. Power and Associates is out this morning with its annual rating of customer satisfaction with airlines, and the general trend is downwards.

    The winner among low-cost airlines was JetBlue Airways with five stars on overall satisfaction, followed in order by Southwest Airlines, three stars, and AirTran Airways and Frontier Airlines, two stars.

    The winner among network carriers were Alaska Air and Continental Airlines, each with five stars followed by Delta Air Lines with four stars, Air Canada, American Airlines and US Airways, three stars each, and Northwest Airlines and United Airlines, two stars each. [Full Article]

    JBU and COA were obvious for their best picks... but DAL as 4 stars? Wow, thats very surprising
