    MSP, 08Jan11

    Greetings from chilly Minneapolis. Did a little "extreme spotting" today. 4F and 10mph wind when I started. Checked out a new location for any visitors brave enough to visit The Great White North







    More later when my fingers can move.

    What sane person would lay expensive digital cameras on ice? directly? The Madness :-)

    Great shot of the 747!

    Ya Im with Manny on this one, I baby my 100-400, I think I would have a heart attack if I saw it laying on snow .. LOL .. But hey now I see how durable they are.

    Not just ICE, THIN ICE

    The good thing is that once the body/lens gets cold the snow does not melt on them.
