Andy (kc2agq) and I will be out on Saturday morning at KFLL - weather looks like it's going to be glorious! Anyone else in the area like to join us?

Perfect timing I would have went if it werent for a freak accident where I was impaled my the point of my car door. Left a nice 4 inch long and 1.5 inch deep gash in my pectoral. Under heavy medication of Vicodin (feeling loopy)

The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
What a great day at KFLL - C9-A (anyone know what the registration might be if it was 1529 on the tail), Delta B738 with winglets, white Jamaica, unfortunately no SWA special color schemes - the weather was lovely...and..of course - all the stuff happened after I left - Andy is still there watching it..he called me to tell me....Juan Valdez Avianca B752 (I saw that as I was getting on the Florida Turnpike - came right over me), Pink Delta - but that's common right???? DAMN DAMN DAMN!!
But - it was a nice day!! Great company - Thanks Andy!

It was definitely an awesome day at FLL. Great weather, great company, and great planes. Naturally, I seem to be having problems with the version of photoshop that's installed on my macbook, so I am just going to show the originals for now since I can't process anything until I get home which will not be soon. I'm also saving the C9-A and BBJ shots that Mark and I got until I have a chance to edit them, as they are really sweet.
Some other choice shots from the day:
Fedex DC-10 Departing
Conti 737-900 with winglets
Mark's wife called when this one flew by...we saw many 500's, but this was the only one with winglets...Sorry Mark...
Departures from the Hibiscus Garage
Quite possibly Spirit's last A321
At least one Southwest special scheme made it in today...sorry Mark...again...
Pink Delta makes an appearance - my first shot of her with the new Delta titles
Avianca Juan Valdez
White Jamaica
Thanks for a great day Mark - it was great to see you and Tavus again! We need to this again soon!
California One as well....well damn damn and damn..LOL...nice shots Andy!!

Snazzy shot's gang.
One thing we did see quite a bit of was the heavies going into Miami - we distinctly saw the Iberia A340-600 and two American B777's. Then, we saw this nice one as well - we figured this was something heading for Mexico - not too often you see high level contrails in Florida...any guesses? It looks white - maybe an A330 or B767...

Good stuff guys, I'll be down in FLL for the day on the 31st of May for some spotting.
Mark, my guess is that's a Thomsonfly 767-300.
Gordon, I'm with you on that, It looks too stubby to be a T7.
"lol retart"
Thanks for researching that -900ER Mark - I'm excited since that's definitely a first catch for me as well. I would also venture to say that the contrails pic is a 767-300, but not sure who. Thomsonfly is a good guess though.
Why not go to www4.passur.com/bct.html and set the time to the time you saw it. Providing it's not military it should show up!
