Great shot John. She's a beauty. It's amazing how good stuff can look when you take pride in your work and take quality pics.

No insurance needed here either! Looks good in person and I totally concur with Steve .... If one takes pride in his work (exposure, composition, quality, sharpness, etc.), the aircraft (or image of whatever you are taking) makes it more appealing and beautiful. When I look at my past spotting images I was very relucant to post poor quality images. After spotting with others and learning from them, my images have improved substantially. Thanks for all your help gents!!! Here is the China Eastern departure in some beautiful late afternoon light!.
Great shots of the China Eastern gents! I really like the new look, a nice change ..
Arriving momentarily, according to the trackers, is something called Primera Air Scandinavia, with 738 OY-PSC. Appears to have come out of Keflavik. Shopping charter? Missed the announcement on a new low-cost service?
Mark got it. Image to follow soon.
It's hard to take chances but sometimes it's better if you do

A surprise seeing this on short finally for RWY 22R, while I was waiting on China Eastern.
It appears that there is a TAME A319 inbound this afternoon arriving around 2:45pm.
Tomorrow morning's Alaska flight 17 departure from Newark is N560AS, Spirit of the Islands.
Not exactly a once-off, but still somewhat rare - Transaero is inbound today with a 763. 31s today, so you should be able to grab the Cyrillic side from Panera.
ETA in about 20min....It has to come in a Wx like today

She has been here a bunch of times. Unfortunately, the bad weather doesn't help.
Not that often...and problem is that you need to get both sides of airplane - chinese & english sides of sticker...and time running out...:( :( Anniversary stickers don't stay for that long...

Probably the youngest spotter ever to walk up the face of the mounds.
