Even standing on the ground though the fence barely gets in the way because there is a large slope down from the lot to the base of the fence. That would be awesome if we could meet up!
While the traffic may not be much different than what I have here in CT at PVD and BDL, it is definitely on my radar because of the access.

Actually traffic here really ramps up during the summer. Normal visitors include Allegiant MD80s, Delta A319, Delta A320, Delta MD-88, Delta MD-90, Airtran 717 and 737, American Eagle ERJ-145, American Connection ERJ-135, United Express ERJ-145 and 145XR, United Express CRJ-700, United A319 and A320, Delta Connection CRJ-200/700/900, Delta Connection ERJ-145, Delta DC-9-50 (Favorite!!), Frontier A319, and lots of biz jets and props. Finally, cargo is awesome during the summer. Due to the longer daylight hours in the summer it is possible to catch both the FedEx A300 morning departure and evening arrival. Cargo charters by Kalitta, Ameristar, and USA Jet are not uncommon. Those aircraft include DC-9-10s, DC-9-30s, and 727-200s.

Fun, I'll try to be around. There are a couple lesser known areas besides the viewing are ;). I forgot to mention, Southwest service to GRR starts 3/14/13!

haha but at least it means regular scheduled 737 service here. We get the oddball airtran 737 from time to time, but not on a regular schedule.

Thanks! I will sure miss seeing those 717s when TRS ends service. Hopefully DAL will fly some to GRR when they get them!
