Do people in your neighborhood ever complain about the noise, or is it a way of life for them?
If it 'aint Boeing, I 'aint goin'.
Generally its a way of life, because the airport in many ways supports ther local economy namely the restaurants..but you have a few big mouths...the airport has been here for many years if they dont like the noise they shouldnt have moved here.
I used to live in S. Ozone pk,on 124th st., those shots could have been taken in my backyard, I love the Canarsie approach!
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!
we just found out where we're having the BBQ for the goodbye to summer hangout!!! ;) ;)
