Was up this afternoon with Paul in his T-6 as part of a museum flyover (with the B-25 and another T-6) at a Columbus Day parade in Connecticut.
Unfortunately, we couldn't do any good air-to-air work, but here are a couple that I tried...

Nice shot Moose. Matt and I enjoyed meeting you on the fence line. There is a good chance you will see us again over there. The little guy loves the loud ones
Thanks, John! It was a pleasure to meet you as well.
Here's the Delta A319 departing on Monday with the Minnesota Wild.

Kalitta 722 arriving this afternoon from Lexington. They departed at 4:40pm for Albany.
While I was hanging out, Dave Windmiller departed for a quick flight. He headed out on Rwy 19 at Bravo 3, and was airborne in about 50 feet...
I saw something I've never noticed before on Dave's airplane - at the top of the rudder, in the blue portion, are the words "In Memory of Dad Flight 800". Dave's father Ruben was a passenger lost on TWA Flight 800.

Rumors of an EA6-B Prowler coming into Republic sometime on Friday 10-21.............................
http://fredkopf.smugmug.com
More than a rumor - the AAM has posted it on their Facebook page. It is due in around 11am (although that time is flexible) Just like the F-14 a few years back, this aircraft is being retired, and will eventually end up at the Bethpage plant. It will remain at the museum until the site is ready for it.

Is it going to be out and visible to people visiting the museum? Or are they going to have it covered and tucked away until its ready to go to Bethpage?
It will have to go through a de-mil process, so access may be limited for a short time, but once that is done, it should be on display for visitors to see.

Good to know. Thanks Moose.
It arrived about 12:07. 2 fly-by's, followed by a high speed pass, then a touch and go, one more high speed pass, and then landing. It didnt head over to the AAM right away though. Not sure where it went.
