I went up to Martinsville, VA for some NASCAR action this past weekend. Martinsville is one of the oldest tracks on the NASCAR circuit, celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. It's a short track, just over a 1/2 mile in length, and shaped like a paper clip, which leads to a good bit of pushing and shoving, resulting in wrinkled race cars and bruised feelings.
