I was a notable visitor on 6/27 at 1pm ish on 31R, guiding B747-400BCF N743CK ,in its yellow tail DHL/K4 hybrid colors onto 31R after strafing 5 Towns, and the Bayhouse, we were hoping for the Canarsie,but oh well,you cant always get what you want.... its notable because I was born here !!! (St.Albans Naval Hospital,then 124th ST. South Ozone Park), and anytime I return to me old sod its notable,hope to be back God's grace, mid July !!!
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

Finally flew the Canarsie approach onto 13L at JFK, in the 400, on 7/20 in N743CK,after a days crossing from AMS, you can go home again!!!
