COOL!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
Id love to know how this all came about. When was the idea floated? whos idea was it? Did they have to buy it from the boneyard? How was it funded? .. I wish we could get more heads up on proposals and maybe even try to raise funds for future projects. What if we wanted to get an old E-2, or F-14? Im sure the museum would love it but cant afford it. Maybe we could help?
I see AAM has been keeping the crew from Worldwide Aircraft Recovery Ltd. busy again this week,
because they just relocated the F-84F from the Cradle of Aviation Museum over to the AAM also

Saw a picture that the A-10 is out on the tarmac by the AAM looking nice!!
FYI, there's a nice article in Newsday today, "Welcome Home, Warthog"
about the AAM adding the storied A-10 aircraft to its military collection.
Here's the link from Newsday's website also:

BTW, after seeing this cool photo below of all of the AAM's Republic "THUNDER" aircraft together,
they definitely need to add a new banner up on their Hangar that says:
"Welcome to THUNDER ALLEY"

It was great seeing the A-10 up close out on the tarmac today at the AAM for their "HOG WILD" weekend.
As per the post above, I went out to the AAM for a first hand look at their new A-10. It is a great looking airplane and it really rounds out their Republic collection. Here are some shots:

Send a squadron of these Bad Boyz to Iraq to deal with the ISIS thugs, problem solved!!!!!!
Anybody know what was happening at FRG last evening? I was passing by after 8pm while driving down New Highway and saw lots of cars parked along the road. Seemed like something was going on in or around the AAM with a lot of people milling about.
