    LAX - 9/16-22/2012 (Image Heavy)

I finally got around to editing my images from LAX during a work related trip to LA during Sept 16-22, 2012 (which happened to be the same time the space shuttle arrived). During this trip I met up with Jason as well at In-N-Out from some late spotting and a couple of burgers. Enjoy!

The photo's aren't in any kind of order.

Great set Mark. The paint on that Q400 reminds me of the Amtran 25th Anniversary scheme they had on one of their '27's

Any idea what those trashed hulks once were? I want to say the first one is Aloha and the second United's old colors

The carcasses are located on airport property, they are not far from RWY 7R. If you are on Imperial Hill, just take that road as if you are heading towards the ocean. Eventually the street will end (you will still be on a hill overlooking the road below) and you will see the two carcasses. The road is W. Imperial Ave. that run parallel to Imperial Highway below.

    Really good set, congrats.

Do those fuselages serve any purpose?

I was going to say those puncture holes look like they came from a rescue truck.
