The fares seem to be identical on their site.

Maybe you can explain the fares on the Emirates site. It states that the economy fare from JFK to Dubai is $1977 but it doesn't specify if that's 1-way or round-trip. It then states the fare is $4258. Also, the flight last week into JFK on the A388 was a special flight; UAE 3801, not the regular flight. The regular flight, UAE 201 is still a B773. When will it be switched-over to the jumbo?
According to the Emirates site, the A388 service will start next week on Aug. 8. Unfortunately, the JFK departure, UAE 202 on Sun, We, and Fr. will be at 11 PM so spotters won't be able to photograph the departures. The arrivals, just after 2 PM, would be in daylight. I wonder if she can land on the 3 runways which were never widened to 200'.
