    Lens Rentals?

I've seen lens rental stores online, but I'm not sure if there are any physical stores. I need a lens, and online just doesn't work for me at this point. Are there any in New York City or New Jersey area?

Adorama. 18th St between 5th and 6th Ave in Manhattan. Good people to deal with, very knowledgeable, good prices for weekend rentals. Great selection of Canon and Nikon gear.

Adorama is great unless you need it right now; like B&H, they close Friday night/Saturday. Calumet Photo (22 W22nd) apparently has rentals (and Saturday hours), though I've never rented from them before. (Here's their website with a link to rental catalog/rates).

Well if you ever have lead time, I suggest lensrentals.com
    I got a Canon 300 f4 L IS for this week's airshow.
I wanted to try it first so I got a 10 day rental: $66, and that includes return shipping via FedEx.
It showed up a day early, and for that there was no extra charge.

Let me know how it goes, I'm probably going to rent from them one of these days.

And enjoy the 300 f/4...I rented one the weekend I went to LGA, and it's a very fun lens to use.
