the worst part for them is they held for well over an hour and a half before diverting and then had to wait 45 minutes for a gate when they finally got to EWROriginally Posted by Iberia A340-600
Seems like whenever an SAS diverts to SWF it is always subjected to long waits. Last August SK909 diverted and had to wait on the ground for 9 hours!Originally Posted by njgtr82

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Did you get a shot of the KC-10?Originally Posted by Iberia A340-600
How'd you find out it was there? I thought the flight trackers didn't track military
My school is located under the arrivals flight path so anything on approach to the airport flies over. That's how I knew about the KC-10 and in the past one of the white C-32s and other special military visitors.
Haha, do you ever pay attention in class?Originally Posted by Iberia A340-600
LOL! :)
I asked myself that same question one time.
I can see it now.
Gordon??...Gordon?.....GORDON!!!!
HUH?......WHAT?
PAY ATTENTION YOUNG MAN!
If I see you looking outside one more time I will call the airport and tell them to and on another runway during school hours!

Hey Guys,
This is big news! I was surfing for flights on AA.com and I noticed that Stewart was added again on their route map. I hope this is good news! I am so excited. I will definately fly out of SWF again if they come back! I will monitor this very closely!

Sometimes it's hard for the entire class to pay attention when the noise of a C-5 drowns out the teacher! Paying attention is more of an issue for me on the soccer field or the tennis court, always looking up. :)
Are you sure that it was ever taken off?Originally Posted by ahazzard1289
