There are a few nice anachronisms on the diagram, like the 3rd runway at LGA being in use and the references both to the TCA (today's Class B airspace), and the Teterboro FSS, which must have closed shortly after the chart was published, since the area's been covered by the Millville FSS since at least the mid 80s.
