Avatars and Images in Signatures

Though not a rule, I ask that images placed into signautres be less than 75 pixels high and under 100K in data size.

for avatars, please make them no larger than 200 x200 pixels and under 100K in data size.

Anything larger causes slower load times for others trying to utilize the message board.

Though not a rule, if anything one in particular becomes a more severe problem, I will need to go ahead and ask you to remove it, modify it, or remove it myself.
