EWR 12/30/2010 First Attempt

Anyone want to hold my hand? I have to pick up my daughter from Montclair this afternoon so I figured I give EWR a spotting shot... I have NEVER spotted there and only have OBSERVED from Ikea for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Given the fear I have of this place and the stories of uniformed officers taking people hostage or reducing them to mere protoplasm, is anyone going to be around? If so let me know... my E-mail is in my profile or PM me cell and I can SMS ...

Manny I spoptted from the ikea parking lot when I was there last week. Stick closer towards the Toys R Us and you should be fine. Just keep an eye out for the security when they pass along cause im not sure how often they get spotters over there. As always keep your ID handy. Also I put up the map as you requested yesterday. Its in my EWR thread. Though this will be easier.

EWR was a one-time thing for me. You do it once, get all the shots you want, and never go back. Stuff did happen, involving the po-po, but all-in-all, it was worth it in the end. Good luck, stay safe, and try not to get tasered!

Thanks everyone... Mark, you got tasered? LOL... anyway, I did end up going and did mostly scouting around the north area. Nothing found that's worth talking about. I ended up shooting from a snow bank near the north cargo area turnabout. Got weird looks from passersby a lot and kept moving and coming back... never stayed put for more than a few minutes. I am posting pics as we speak on a separate thread. All 22L arrivals!
