You had AA with the Super 80, and Luxery Liner with other aircrafts.

Whisperjet with I think Eastern? on the 727 and L1011?

TWA and the 747.

I remember seeing ads in the ntl geographic of aircrafts by the airlines and not service as you pointed out.
