Andrews AFB JSOH Airshow pics! 56K = NO WAY!

Hey Everyone!
I took a ride down to the Joint Strike Open House this Sunday. The weather wasn't so great it rained for most of the day and was overcast. It was a fun show and I was finally able to test out my new gear!
I haven't gotten a chance to editing them yet though.

Nice shots, especially considering the weather. Love that low pass by our friend in the P-51. BTW, it's "Joint Services Open House". Are you joining us for the festivities this week?

Festivities meaning the Jones Beach air show, of course!
I might spend one day at the beach and the others at FRG.

Nice C-40 shot I didn't know it was going to be there!

The DC ANG usually has one of their C-40s on static and available for boarding (enter L1, look left to the cockpit, right to the seats, exit R1). I don't think I've seen one of the 89th AW C-40s displayed, although a 1AS C-32 was in the static area, but behind ropes a few years ago. In any case, it's not a C-40 in the picture - it's the T-43 from Randolph!

Oops thats what I meant to say.for some reason I kept thinking C-43...some some reason. I am just about sick of C-40s. I need the 43 though. I have been wanting to get a shot of one of them for a while...I thought they retied them. Of course it wasn't at ADW when I was there last for the show.

Ahhh, the man... the legend..... but he had to borrow keys? Someone give that man his F-14 back! :borat:

I thought he'd being Excalibur... but then I saw pics of him flying Luscious Lisa at an earlier show... so seeing him at the controls of Glamorous Gal was a nice surprise!

Was the U-2 at ADW this year?

Aw man.I need that U-2 and the T-43 SOOO badly.
I was going to go but I had to get the 720 upstate...Hopfully both will be there next year for the JSOH.
