Just cleared to land 4R

Im suprised they havn't closed the runway for the airplane, they are vectoring aircraft to land behind it

EDIT: Landed safe, looks like they lost radio contact for a few minutes on the ground. The ATC kept asking them if they needed any more assistance, and they didn't respond for about a minute and a half.
