On the ATIS for at least the past 90 mins:
APPROACH IN USE VOR DME RUNWAY 22L, DEPARTING RUNWAY 22R INTERSECTION FOXTROT 9150FT AVAILABLE
NOTICES TO AIRMEN:
RUNWAY 13L/31R CLOSED
NORTHEAST 2150FT OF RUNWAY 22R CLOSED
BOEING 747, AIRBUS 340, BOEING 777 DEPARTURES EXPECT RUNWAY 13R FOR DEPARTURE
RUNWAY 22R LANDING DISTANCE REMAINS UNCHANGED AT 8655FT

construction again... due to the runway closures and probable equipment on the runways they want all of the really heavy airplanes away from the people, that's why they're going off to 13R.

If it was light outside it would be great to be spotting on 13R!

Here's another config I found odd.
A few months ago, while picking up my mom from the airport, 31L and 31R were being used with an occasional lanidng on one of the 22s. The 22 landings were few and far between and literally too far for me to ID the aircraft, but I assume the 22 landings were from Europe?
